Recycled raw materials recovered from plastic bottles are used to create rPET fabric. The recycled bottles are crushed into pieces and processed by spinning. By recycling PET plastic bottles, carbon dioxide emissions are effectively reduced. Almost 80% energy is saved compared to conventional polyester fibre production processes. The rPET fabric is tested by Control Union Certifications B.V and SGS and is GRS certified.
